ER&R carefully screens its railroad professionals. As a critical component of the ER&R safety commitment, ER&R employs a full-time safety and quality assurance inspector to provide extensive training to its employees while auditing to ensure compliance with industry best practices. Even further, ER&R also proactively undergoes third-party safety audits and inspections to identify opportunities to improve and refine its best practices on an annual basis. Each employee must sign a completed sign up sheets confirming they have taken and completed necessary safety training.
